You can enable or disable push notifications from the myPSE app by:

  1. Signing-in to the myPSE app, tapping My Settings 和 toggling notifications on/off.
  2. Or, you can enable/disable push notifications at the device level by going to your phone's settings 和 enabling/disabling notification for the myPSE app.

是的! If your service address is part of a reported outage, we can send you an alert. We'll let you know if your power is out, your estimated restoration time, 和 when your power has been restored.

You can set up outage alerts 和 manage communication preferences for phone, 电子邮件, or text notifications by visiting the 偏好中心.

Bill Due Reminder 通知 are automated alerts sent via text or 电子邮件 five days prior to your bill's due date if the account has a balance due.

To turn on Bill Due Reminder 通知

  1. Sign in to your customer account on cnyljm.com
  2. Navigate to "My Settings"
  3. Under "通知", find Bill Due Reminder 通知 和 click the toggle to "on" for 电子邮件, SMS文本, 或两个.
  4. Click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the page
