Can I combine all my bills into one invoice?
At this time PSE does not offer combined billing for customers with multiple accounts.

What do I need to do to install an earthquake valve?
Your business site may be located within a city, county or other jurisdiction that requires an earthquake valve to be installed on your 天然气 line. 如果是这样的话, it must be installed by a qualified plumbing contractor, downstream from PSE's 天然气 meter.
If you plan to install an earthquake valve, call 1-888-225-5773 or send an email to customercare@cnyljm.com 和 schedule PSE to have your gas service turned off during your installation. When your installation is complete, we will turn the gas back on.

Can my company buy 天然气 from another source?
是的. Large business customers may be eligible for 天然气 transportation. Transportation customers purchase 天然气 from a third-party marketer 和 have it delivered by PSE. Natural gas 利率时间表 for transportation customers include Schedules 31T, 41T, 85T, 86T 和 87T.
PSE requires 60 days’ notice to become a 天然气 transportation customer, you must enter into a one-year delivery contract with PSE, 和 you must install a telephone line for PSE telemetering equipment at your 天然气 meter.
Please note that there may be charges/credits associated with a transportation rate schedule.

How often can I change my rate plan?
Your 电 和 gas 利率时间表 (or plans) can only change once in any 12-month period.
We recommend reviewing your monthly usage to verify that your current rate schedule is appropriate for your business. You may be eligible to update your rate schedule, if your rate schedule has not changed in the last 12 months.
If your voltage requirements have changed, your business 和 PSE will need to install different equipment 和 电 service at your site. If your rate schedule has not changed in the last 12 months, then your rate schedule can change on the date of the voltage change.
What rate schedule should I select for my business?
If you’re an 电 customer, your rate schedule (or plan) is determined by your voltage requirements (primary vs. secondary) 和 your dem和 usage during the most recent 12-month period.

If you’re a 天然气 customer, our most common commercial rate is 安排31日.
If your business consistently uses more than 1,500 therms each month, 安排41 may be a better option. We also offer rates for interruptible 天然气 service, such as 85年计划, 86 和 87.
